Credit Cards
As a policy, credit card information is NOT stored with Our System. EOS provides a seamless paypal integration to handle all online payments.
E-mail/ Anti-Spam
We do not purchase bulk e-mail addresses nor do we use the services of bulk e-mail companies for promoting our service. This means we will not distribute, sell or rent your e-mail address to any third party. Additionally, our e-mail servers do not relay e-mail destined for non-local domains.
Return/Refund Policy
If you are not happy with out product or service, you are free to return or cancel it anytime. Please Note that Setup Fee is not refundable. In addition, domain name is not transferrable meaning you will lose your domain name when cancelling our service. Any Domain name from a cancelled service is remained registerred under TinyCiti.com until expiration. A $150 service fee is required for any domain transfer. If the domain name was transferred to us at the time when you purchase our product/service, we are happy to transfer it back to you with a service fee.
